Graduation is a momentous occasion that marks the culmination of your child’s dedication, growth, and achievements throughout their journey at GW Community School. We are excited to celebrate this important milestone with you and your family.

Thanks to the generosity of the GWCS Foundation, a large portion of the graduation costs have been subsidized. This support allows us to keep costs manageable and focus on creating a memorable experience for all our seniors.

What’s Funded by the Foundation:

• Venue rental at the George Washington Masonic National Memorial

• Leather-bound diplomas

• Beautifully arranged flowers, decorations, and live plant centerpieces from each reception table to sent home with the student as a special keepsake from the celebration.

• Digital download of the graduation ceremony filmed by a professional videographer

• Photos of the entire day by a professional photographer (available for purchase and digital download in early July)

• Personalized senior quilt • Reception (light lunch) following the Ceremony
